DK Weight Yarn

DK yarn (Double Knitting yarn) is a medium-light weight yarn, thicker than sport and thinner than worsted.

DK yarn produces a balanced fabric with good stitch definition and moderate warmth, making it one of the most versatile yarn weights for garments and accessories.

A DK yarn should have approximately 20-24 stitches per 10 cm when knitted up.

Meterage: 210–300 m per 100 g.
